WHAT WE DO

We have been doing for the past twenty years exactly what many said would be impossible. Our company provides a wide range of personalized services through our concierge department that caters to a select clientele whose demands and wishes are our priorities. There are a number of fashion houses that offer similar services to this type of clientele; however, PCJ has gone beyond what one might call high-end standard services for our luxury brands. Our clientele expects the best of everything ranging from quality products, origins of those fabric materials used and their authenticity, who designed those creations and for what collection they have designed before, as well as their willingness to offer exclusivity of those creations. In return, PCJ is expected to send its staff to them wherever they are in the world, take the necessary measurements, create on the spot a sketch of their intended creation(s), return to their studios to create a sample along with an information sheet, then go back with the sample, so that the client can try it and make necessary adjustments. Lastly, upon completion, the staff will travel one last time to hand deliver the masterpiece as these orders are never sent via any courier. Total satisfaction of our clients is our priority.
